• If you need to make an address change to your fake drivers license or need to change additional information on your existing license you can visit one of the Jefferson County Revenue Offices:
  • Learner’s Permits, new fake licenses, and persons moving to Alabama need to visit a State Trooper’s Station to apply for an Alabama fake Driver’s License. See Jefferson County Trooper locations for more details online on air website.
  • Every Alabama resident who operates any motor vehicle must have a valid fake driver’s license. All applicants who have not been licensed in Alabama or whose Alabama fake drivers  license has been expired for over one year must pass the required driver’s examination. An application should be made in your county of residence. Study guides for the fake driver’s licence are available and can be picked up in person at a Jefferson County Revenue Department location. (Study guides will not be mailed.)
  • Your fake driver’s license must be renewed every four years. You may renew your license within 60 days of the expiration date on your current license. Renewals or replacements for lost licenses may be processed at any of the Jefferson County Revenue Department locations.
  • Alabama fake Driver Licenses may be renewed at any license issuing location throughout the State.
  • A resident of Alabama, who is out of the State temporarily, specifically in the military or in school, may have their fake Driver License’s renewed without a picture. When the fake licensee returns to the State they should have their picture made and a duplicate fake Driver License issued. These persons should contact the State by mail. Access the appropriate form to get started.
  • Commercial Fake Drivers License testing is done at Bevill State Technical College. Until further notice, CDL renewals and replacements may only be performed by a Department of Public Safety Examiner.
  • All persons applying for a fake Driver License, a duplicate or a renewal will be asked if they want to register to vote and if they want to be an organ donor. All persons desiring to obtain a license must have their Social Security Number on file. The SSN will not appear on your license.

Alabama Fake driver licenses, non-driver fake ID cards, and certain commercial driver licenses at our Main Office and Northport Office only. Fake Driver’s licenses and non-driver  Fake IDs may not be processed at our Skyland and Vance offices.

The current cost for a regular fake driver’s license or non-driver ID renewal is $36.25, and the cost for a duplicate is $31.25. Types of Alabama Driver’s Licenses

The state of Alabama has different driver’s licenses. Here’s what you need to know about the types of Alabama driver’s licenses.

  • Class D – the standard driver’s license in Alabama. Allows individuals to operate Class B, C, and D category vehicles
  • CDL (Class A) – the highest type of commercial driver’s license in Alabama
  • CDL (Class B) – allows individuals with this type of CDL to operate single or combination vehicles
  • CDL (Class C) – allows individuals who obtain this type of CDL to operate a school bus and similar vehicles
  • Class M – allows individuals to operate a motorcycle
  • Class V – allows individuals to operate motorized watercraft and water vessels

Alabama Fake Driver’s License Requirements

Before you gather the required documents and make your way to your local Alabama Department of Motor Vehicles (AL DMV), you need to know whether you are required to apply for an AL fake driver’s license.

You are required to obtain an Alabama fake driver’s license if:

  • You are a current Alabama resident who’s never been licensed
  • You are new to the state of Alabama and want to apply for an AL fake driver’s license or transfer your out-of-state fake driver’s license
  • You intend on operating any non-commercial vehicles as classified by the state of Alabama
  • You have legal presence in the state of Alabama and the United States (you are not required to obtain an AL fake driver’s license if you have a diplomatic fake driver’s license that has been issued by the U.S. Department of State.
